    Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. If it is more than 14 days after your purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange (including monthly service fees and credit and other consumption records, subject to successful payment time).

    If you would like a refund, please contact our customer support within 14 days of purchase and you will be eligible for our money-back guarantee (which covers monthly service fees as well as credit and other spending history, subject to successful payment allow).

    To obtain a refund, you must contact our customer support team online at support@marinoubi.com within 14 days of purchase and request a refund. Any contact made after 14 days will not be eligible for our money back guarantee. Under no circumstances are orders older than 14 days eligible for the money back guarantee.

    Once you submit your refund request. We will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or declined.

    If you're approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
